Summary
Vendors and customers sign in to Spring Hub with the account Merchandising or IT provisioned for you. Your apps shows only the mini-apps shared with your organisation. Changes save in the background as you work.
How to
1. Open Spring Hub
- Go to https://app.springne.com.
- Click Guest login (if you see only Employee login, tap Guest login on that page — that is for SpringNE staff).
- Enter Username and Password, then click Guest login.
- If you see the guest form and need a work account instead, tap Employee login.
2. Use Your apps
- Under Your apps, open a tile for the mini-app you need. Apps you open most often move toward the top of the list on this browser.
- Use the account menu in the header for theme (light/dark) and Sign out. Tap Spring Hub v… at the bottom of the menu to open What's new — expand or collapse each version to read it.
If you open a link you are not allowed to use, an amber banner may say you do not have access to that app.

Exceptions and Escalation
- Cannot sign in — confirm you use the guest account you were given; escalate to Merchandising or IT.
- Phone opens Employee login — tap Guest login on that page. The home URL may keep opening Employee login until you do.
- No apps on the launcher — your guest link may be incomplete; escalate to Merchandising / IT.
- Red “not saved” keeps coming back after Retry — read the reason in the popover and escalate to Merchandising / IT if it is not clear.
