Search, share and download

Summary​

Find prints by typing what you are looking for, find prints that look alike, email a print to someone, and download a print's files one by one or all together. Everything also works on a phone.

How to​

  1. Type in Search prints. Plain words work best, for example leopard, minnie skating or navy stripes.
    • Expected result: prints whose name, tags, colours, type, style or description contain all your words show first.
  2. Wait a moment. Prints that match what you mean, even with other words, are added after them. The line under the search box shows, for example, 7 prints for "cute animals" · 58 more by meaning.

Search by meaning uses the AI description of each print. Just after an update it may say still learning prints; results fill in by themselves within a few minutes.

More like this​

  1. Open a print.
  2. Scroll down to More like this.
    • Expected result: prints similar in meaning to this one. Click one to open it.

Variants above it lists the other colourways of the same print.

Share​

  1. Open the print and click Share.
  2. Fill in To (and Cc if needed), check the Subject, tick the files to send and add a Message if you like.
  3. Click Send email.
    • Expected result: the email goes from your own mailbox with links to the ticked files. It is in your Sent Items.

Download​

  • One file: click Download next to the file in Files.
  • All files: click Download all (under More on a phone). The files come as one ZIP.
    • Expected result: your browser saves the file to its usual download folder.

A print whose files add up to more than 1.5 GB can't be downloaded as one ZIP. Download its files one by one instead.

On a phone​

  • The top of the gallery holds the search box and a New prints button with a plus-picture icon.
  • A print opens full screen. Scroll down for the details. The × at the top right closes it.
  • Edit is next to More, which holds the other actions.
  • Choose a folder doesn't work in Safari on an iPhone. Use Choose files instead.

Exceptions and Escalation​

  • Nothing found: try fewer or different words, and untick Hide archived.
  • Share fails with a permission message: sign out and sign in again, and accept the request to send email for you.
  • A download doesn't start: try again. If it keeps failing, contact IT with the print name.
