Spring Branding SOP
Global Sourcing. Seamless Execution. Inspired Design. Powered by Technology, Guided by Responsibility, Built to Adapt.
Scope
This SOP applies to any visual or written material that represents Spring Near East. That includes the website, social media, presentations, email signatures, documents, and letterheads. Internal documents follow the same rules as external communications.
1. Brand core
1.1 Brand purpose (why we exist)
Spring Near East exists to help global fashion and home brands source with confidence. We do this through intelligent sourcing, seamless execution, and responsible partnerships.
We bridge design, sourcing, and manufacturing to create agile, future-ready supply chains. Our flexible service models let clients engage at the level their business needs.
We work through three service models:
- Sourcing as a Service
- Design-Led Sourcing
- Manufacturing
1.2 Vision
To become the world's leading and most trusted sourcing partner, shaping the future of global supply chains.
1.3 Mission
To deliver design-led, agile, and sustainable sourcing solutions from concept to delivery. We combine global reach, local expertise, and operational excellence.
1.4 Brand values
- Customer-Centricity — we act as an extension of our clients' businesses and align with their goals, timelines, and standards.
- Integrity & Ethics — we operate with transparency, full compliance, and responsible decisions in everything we do.
- Collaboration — strong partnerships, open communication, and teamwork across the supply chain drive better outcomes.
- Agility & Innovation — we move fast, stay flexible, and keep adapting. We embrace new technologies, digital tools, and smarter ways of working.
- Sustainability — we create long-term value by acting responsibly towards people, the planet, and the future of our business.
1.5 Target audience
| We speak to | We do not speak to |
|---|---|
| Global fashion and home retailers | End consumers |
| Buying, sourcing, product development, and supply chain leaders | B2C (business-to-consumer) lifestyle audiences |
| Sustainability and compliance teams | Trend-driven or influencer-led communities |
Spring Near East is a B2B (business-to-business) strategic sourcing partner, not a consumer brand.

Spring Near East communicates openly and honestly. Information is clear, accurate, and never exaggerated. Transparency builds trust.
Our voice is professional, confident, clear, reliable, and transparent. This voice never changes.
2.2 Tone by channel

|---|---|
| Website | Structured and informative. Value-led, not promotional. Confident, never exaggerated. |

| Polite, concise, and respectful. Clear intent and next steps. Warm but direct. | |

3. Visual identity system
3.1 Logo system
Logo structure
- Wordmark: spring
- Custom logotype based on the Texta typeface
- Three-leaf symbol above the "i"
- The logo is a single unit and must not be split
Approved versions
- Black on white (primary)
- White on black (reversed)
- Monochrome black (print only, if required)
Clear space and minimum size
- Minimum clear space equals the height of the "i" stem. No visual element may enter this space.
- Minimum width: 120 px on screen, 25 mm in print.
Do not
- Stretch, compress, or rotate the logo.
- Change its colours.
- Move the leaf symbol.
- Add shadows, outlines, or gradients.
- Lock the logo up with taglines.
3.2 Colour palette
| Group | Colours | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Primary (80–90% of use) | Spring Black, Pure White | Main brand colours |
| Accent (controlled use) | Spring Green (from the logo leaf) | Highlights only: icons, indicators, key moments. Never for body text. |
| Neutral support | Warm grey, soft off-white / stone | Backgrounds and support |
If colour rules are not followed, the brand will drift.

The only primary typeface is Texta. No substitute fonts are allowed.
| Weight | Use |
|---|---|
| Texta Black | Hero headlines |
| Texta Heavy | Section headers, calls to action (CTAs) |
