Scope
Scope: Covers the coordination, follow-up, and evaluation of third-party and Distribution Centre (DC) inspections required for the order, including customer-nominated inspections and re-inspections.
Purpose: Ensures all required third-party and DC inspections are properly arranged, monitored, assessed, and followed up in line with customer and SpringNE requirements.
Owner: DMR owns and coordinates the 3rd Party & DC Inspections process, with QA responsible for supplier-organised third-party inspections and re-inspection follow-up.
Applies to: Applies to PMR and QA involved in Production Processes within Order Management.
Requirements

R1 — PMR — Checks carried out at the CFS by the customer or by companies nominated by the customer are followed up and the results assessed

R2 — QA — The supplier may organise a third-party inspection with SpringNE's approval; re-inspections are carried out with the FIN01 penalties
