Scope

Scope: Covers the formal handover of confirmed styles from the commercial/order confirmation stage to Order Management, including product information, order details, risks, and required next actions.

Purpose: Ensures all relevant teams receive and understand the agreed product and order information before Pre-Production activities proceed.

Owner: DMR owns and coordinates the Handover Meeting and ensures all required information, participants, and actions are properly communicated.

Applies to: Applies to DMR, Technical, PMR, Quality, and relevant factory teams involved in the Pre-Production and Order Management process.

Process

1. DMR — Organise a handover meeting once the order is confirmed

   • Ensure, technical, production merchandising team, and factory should attend the meeting.

2. DMR — Transfer the product file and all order details to relevant teams (See GL-OM-05 Product File Management)

3. DMR — Ensure sample is available during the meeting
