Kapsam: İlk müşteri onayının alınması ve onaylı renk skalasının oluşturulmasından üretim numunesi değerlendirmesi ve nihai sevkiyat kontrolüne kadar yıkamalı giysi ton onay sürecini uçtan uca kapsar.
Amaç: Yıkamalı giysi renk ve efektlerinin onaylı renk skalasına göre tutarlı değerlendirilmesini ve üretim boyunca tanımlı müşteri toleransları içinde kalmasını sağlar.
Sorumlu: DMR, müşteri onayı, renk skalası oluşturma ve SpringNE QA ile hizalama dahil Washed Garments Shade Approval sürecinin sahibi ve koordinatörüdür.
Kapsadığı roller: Yıkamalı giysi üretimi, muayene ve numune onayında yer alan DMR ve ilgili QA, FT ile tedarikçi/fabrika personeli için geçerlidir.

R1 — Ensure, customer approval obtained in advance to the bulk production for washed/denim products.

R2 — Upon receiving the initial customer approval, ensure factory prepare "pillow" or "blanket" samples to represent the actual production lots in manufacturing.

R3 — Establish a colour scale using these representative samples; share the prepared colour scale and obtain official confirmation from the customer.

R4 — Hand over the approved colour scale physically or digitally to the SpringNE QA team for inspections, attach rejected samples as well.

R5 — All subsequent production-representing samples—including Pre-Production (PP), Green Seal /Gold Seal—must be strictly evaluated against the approved colour scale. If needed FT involves.
- No manufacturer approval should be given unless the washing colour and effect of these samples fall within the tolerances of the approved colour scale.
- Under no circumstances should products that do not match the approved colour scale be shipped or presented to the customer.
- Compliance with this procedure is critical to maintaining our quality standards and customer satisfaction.
